During the exchange, participants will have the opportunity to take part in integration workshops, discussions and presentations on volunteering activities. They will have the chance to share their volunteering experiences. By taking part in this online youth exchange, participants will acquire a range of soft skills, such as openness to cultural diversity, teamwork, critical thinking and planning social activities.

📣 Call for Polish participants for an online youth exchange!

The project’s goals:  

The aim of the project is to enhance the skills of youth volunteers and equip them with new abilities. We wish to promote the concept of volunteering in Poland and Armenia by creating opportunities for the development of social, leadership and intercultural skills. Joint international activities provide a forum for exchanging experiences, finding inspiration and building intercultural bonds. During the exchange, participants will have the opportunity to take part in integration workshops, discussions and presentations on volunteering activities. They will have the chance to share their volunteering experiences. 

Over the course of 4 days, 5 workshops will be held: Me – a volunteer, the functioning of volunteering in my country, youth project management, social activism, and preventing burnout in volunteering and 2 meetings with LEVEL UP volunteers.

By taking part in this online youth exchange, participants will acquire a range of soft skills, such as openness to cultural diversity, teamwork, critical thinking and planning social activities. 

Your proactive attitudes will also be strengthened – a readiness to take the initiative and involve peers in local activities. Another important outcome will be an increase in knowledge about non-formal education and its role in young people’s development.

🔥This mobility will be perfect if You are:

• from 16 to 25 years old
• ready to improve communications skills
• motivated to develop competencies (communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation)
• interested in the topic of volunteering, personal development, soft skills, meeting new and inspiring people like yourself, and how to make a positive change in your local community through non-formal education.

⏰ dates of mobility 14-17.07.2026
💁🏻‍♀️ 10 participants (16-25 y.o.) 

The online youth exchange will be attended by 10 participants from Poland and 10 from Armenia.

After the mobility participants will:

• write a short testimonial from this youth exchange
• receive a certificate confirming participation in the Polish-Armenian online youth exchange

Daily schedule: daytime classes are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with two workshops planned each day) on the Zoom platform check the agenda here
